At Ms Ember, each piece is made to order and handcrafted with care by our glass artists. We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.
Processing & Delivery Time
All pieces are made-to-order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for creation.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on your location.
For preserved glass flowers: the set includes both the flower sculpture and the vase. Each bloom is individually wrapped for protection during transit; upon arrival, simply place each stem into the vase as shown in our included demonstration video.
For candle holders: candles are not included.

As each item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once opened. Please record an unboxing video upon delivery.
In the rare event of damage during transit, email us within 24 hours at msember@zohomail.com — we’ll arrange repair or replacement.
Please note: Every Ms Ember piece is a delicate, fully handcrafted glass artwork. While we use secure, custom packaging, a small risk of minor breakage in transit may still occur.
